WARNING!

MANY ABOVE GROUND POOLS HAVE SHARP CORNERS WHERE SEGMENTS OF COMPONENTS JOIN. PAD THESE SHARP EDGES WITH ANY SOFT MATERIAL SUCH AS BURLAP, CORRUGATED CHIPBOARD, AND FOAM RUBBER ETC., TO AVOID WEAR AND CUTTING OF THE COVER. FAILURE TO DO THIS VOIDS YOUR GUARANTEE. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE TO THE POOL COVER DUE TO WEAR CAUSED BY SHARP INSTRUMENTS OR ABRASION.

NOTE: Excessive abrasion and grommets pulling out are specifically excluded from the warranty.

It is expressly agreed that there are no warranties expressed or implied except as stated above. We will not be responsible for any labor charges, cost of loss of water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur there from. ALL COVERS SHOULD BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO DEALER. Any return of merchandise under the terms of this warranty must be authorized in advance and be returned freight prepaid.

Proper Installation of Your Cover Will Ensure Long Use and Trouble Free Performance

FOR ABOVE GROUND POOLS:

• Properly prepare pool to receive cover.
• IMPORTANT: Before placing cover on pool make certain that all of the exposed sharp edges which might contact the cover are protected with cloth tape or masking tape.
• Insert cable through grommets on pool cover (under & over) as illustrated.
• Place cover over pool so that it hangs over side of pool about 12–18".
• Bring both ends of cable through opening A and B into tension clamp — one end through opening A and the other end through opening B.
• Continue to bring ends of cable through opening C, end no. 1 over and through opening C and end no. 2 under and through opening C as illustrated. Pull ends through until cable appears reasonably taut around pool edge.
• Turn handle clockwise until cable is appropriately tightened.
• Ratchet lock will automatically lock tension drum into correct position.
• NOTE: To loosen cable tension, simply turn tension handle clockwise about 1/4" lift ratchet lock out of its position — hold up and allow tension drum to unwind in a counter clockwise direction thereby releasing tension on cable.

WARNING!

Winter covers are NOT safety covers. To avoid the risk of drowning, stay off the top of the cover.

For In Ground Pools:

• Properly prepare pool to receive cover.
• IMPORTANT: Before placing cover on pool make certain that all of the exposed sharp edges which might contact the cover are protected with cloth tape or masking tape.
• Place cover over surface of pool and about 2½ feet onto decking around entire pool. Insert empty water bags in sleeves, then fill bags with water. This will secure cover on pool deck.
