To activate your warranty coverage, the warranty registration must be completed and submitted within 10 days of purchase. Customers should retain the original purchase receipt and proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
AquaDome pool covers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for eight (8) seasons from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and premature loss of material coating or strength caused by latent defects in raw materials.
What Is Not Covered
Improper installation, abrasion, punctures, excessive wear, sharp objects, floods, storms, hail, snow, ice, tree branches, cigarette burns, chemicals, incorrect sizing, or use beyond 8 months.
Conditions That Void Warranty
Improper installation, lack of padding on sharp edges, unauthorized hold-down devices, misuse, or continuous use beyond 8 months.
Warranty Claim Process
Contact your authorized dealer, obtain return authorization, return freight prepaid, and include proof of purchase and product details.
Limitation of Liability
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement value. Labor, water, chemicals, and consequential damages are excluded.
Safety Warning
Winter pool covers are NOT safety covers. Never walk, stand, or play on a pool cover.
